to Purchase
While we
would love to have purchase the software
immediately, we’d rather you
be certain the product is right for
you. Please allow us to provide an
On-line presentation of the software.
After the presentation, we will be
happy to provide a proposal outlining
our policies on product “Support”
and “Enhancements”, our
approach to implementation as well
as the “Software configuration”
and some references that we encourage
you to call.
Also included
in the proposal will be our end
user agreement along with that of
the data base software to be used.
Upon receipt
of funds and signed agreements for
the CONTRACK™
software and the database, including
a deposit for a portion of the estimated
implementation fees, your order
will be processed and an “Implementation”
meeting scheduled. The purpose of
the Implementation meeting is to
define the scope of the Implementation
project, define the specific tasks
involved and who will be responsible
for each and to determine the date
on which your firm will begin operating
the software.
